Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items damaged by misuse

How to Return

  1. Contact us at customerservice@tasketstores.co.uk to initiate a return
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and instructions
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Send items back using the provided return label

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tasketstores.co.uk with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
